Are you looking for an easy Oreo Cookie and Ice Cream Dessert? Look no further than this Ice Cream Dessert! Our family LOVED making this yummy dessert and it was super easy. It tasted just like a McDonald’s Mcflurry. YUM!
Ingredients:
1 pound Oreo cookies crushed
1 stick melted butter
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 Cool Whip
1/2 cup broken pecans
Chocolate Syrup
Directions:
Mix cookie crumbs and butter. Reserve 1 cup and mix with pecans for topping. Pack into 24X9 inch pan.
Spread ice cream over this and then the cool whip. Top with reserved crumb and nut mixture.
Drizzle with 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup. Now chill.
